Levelized Billing

Levelized Billing allows members to pay based on a consistent twelve-month average. Each month, the bill reflects the average of the current month’s usage combined with the previous eleven (11) months.

Unlike Budget Billing, the monthly amount may vary from month to month, and there is no reconciliation or true-up performed in December.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Levelized Billing, members must meet the following criteria:

• Have a Residential or small church account, as determined by the Rate and Class of the account
• Maintain a billing history of at least twelve (12) months
• Have no returned checks, late charges, or cut-off notices for non-payment within the previous six (6) months
• Have a zero balance on the account
• If a bill is unpaid or payment is late, the member will be automatically removed from Levelized Billing
