Budget Billing

Some members prefer Budget Billing. Budget Billing allows you to pay a set monthly amount based on your usage history from the previous twelve (12) months.

A true-up is performed each December. If actual usage exceeds the budgeted amount, the member will owe the difference. If actual usage is less than the budgeted amount, the member will receive a bill for $0.00.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Budget Billing, a member must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a Residential or small church account, as determined by the Rate and Class of the account
  • Have a billing history of at least twelve (12) months
  • Have no returned checks, cut-off notices for non-payment, or late charges within the previous six (6) months
  • Have a zero balance on the account
  • If a bill is unpaid or payment is late, the member will be automatically removed from Budget Billing
