Board of Directors

As an electric cooperative, Little Ocmulgee EMC is owned by the members it serves. Members are represented by a Board of Directors who serve staggered three-year terms and are elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting, held on the second Wednesday of November, unless appointed by the Board to fill a vacancy.Directors represent one of three Directorate Districts; however, all directors are elected by the full membership. Each Directorate District is represented by three directors.
