As an electric cooperative, Little Ocmulgee EMC is owned by those we serve. Members are represented by a Board of Directors. Directors serve a staggered three-year term and are elected by the members at the Annual Meeting held on the second Wednesday of November, unless appointed by the board to fill a vacancy. Directors represent one of three Directorate Districts; however, they are elected by all members. There are three directors for each Directorate District.
